YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES

FLEETONGO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO FLEETONGO DURING THE 12-MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING SUCH CLAIM.
